Riding Breaks and Holidays
Prices
Prices depend on the amount of riding you wish to do, but a typical four day break encompassing three hours riding per day will be £360 for adults and £320 for children, excluding accommodation. For fewer days, basic instruction is £90 (3 hours) per day for adults and £80 for children.
Accommodation
We can arrange high quality Bed & Breakfast at Lees Cottage, which is conveniently two minutes
away from our yard at a very reasonable rate of £25 per person and £12 for an evening meal including wine. Alternatively we can suggest a variety of local accommodation to suit all purses.
Transport
The centre is about six miles from Dorking and is in a rural
location so you will need your own transport.
The Riding
This is a holiday for those wanting a relaxing riding break to get away from the stresses of everyday life and provides an excellent opportunity to get involved with the horses. As well as riding through the forests and sand tracks you will get fully engaged with our horses, and learn about the Arabians and how to look after them. A typical day might involve two or three hours of riding (or as much as you can manage) plus stable management - helping to water, groom and tack up your horse.
As well as riding through beautiful scenic countryside routes to Coldharbour,
Leith Hill or Abinger Common, there are numerous walks
along the nearby North Downs and local
activities include cycling, golf and fishing.
Please contact
us to discuss your requirements more fully.
"I would just like to thank you for
a lovely week's holiday. Everything about it was special including
your company, the fantastic rides on Sapphire and Marigold
through such beautiful countryside, helping out (or was it
more of a hindrance?!) was fun, as was meeting such nice people
... Thanks again for such a wonderful time." Sylvia,
West Yorkshire.
Please note, all clients who ride at this Establishment
do so at their own risk and are strongly advised to take out
personal insurance cover.
